Alan Berner

Alan has always had an eye out for
the underdog...  As a staff photographer
for the Seattle Times, he usually photographs
people, in an interesting way. He's has been the
Regional Photographer of the Year four times, and
received a Nikon/NPPA sabbatical grant. 	

His picture of a carp in a pond near Seattle could be the ultimate image of a plea for cleaner water...
